Aetna Earnings Up on Growth in Medicare, Medicaid Plans

Aetna Inc,  which is in the process of buying rival Humana Inc, reported first-quarter operating earnings that topped analysts’ estimates as the health insurer added more members to its government plans. (Reuters)
